To order, I require a 10% down payment of the total cost to get on the waiting list. When
construction of the instrument begins, I require payment of an additional 40% . When the instrument is
ready to ship, the remaining 50% of the total cost is due.
My prices vary, so please call for further information at (505) 586-1966.

I’ve found that when I build an instrument for others, the process leads to a personal relationship.
I take this relationship seriously and my customers often become my friends ~ thus, I guarantee the following:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom - built Sutherland Instrument, I will build you another
instrument to replace it or will return your money, your choice. In addition, I will fix any problems that arise in
your instrument that I deem due to craftsmanship, free of charge to the original owner (although the customer
will be responsible for paying the shipping charges). |
